Introductory Session

Cancellation Policy

Full Refund: Available if the session is canceled at least 12 hours in advance or the tutor fails to show for the scheduled session. Partial Refund: 50% refund if canceled within 12 hours of the session. No Refund: No refund if canceled after the session start time. No-Shows: The tutor waits for 10 minutes. If the student does not show up within this time, the session is treated as canceled and no refund is issued.
