Refund Policy

Full Refund

Available if the session is canceled at least 12 hours in advance or the tutor fails to show for the scheduled session.

 

Partial Refund

50% refund if canceled within 12 hours of the session.

 

No Refund

No refund if canceled after the session start time.

 

No-Shows

The tutor waits for 10 minutes. If the student does not show up within this time, the session is treated as canceled and no refund is issued.

 

Technical Issues

Tutor's Issues

If the tutor experiences technical issues that jeopardize the session, the session will be rescheduled at no cost to the student.

Student's Issues

Technical issues experienced by the student that jeopardize the session will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

 

Package Deals

Non-Expiring Packages

No refunds are issued for pre-paid packages as they do not expire.

 

Monthly Subscription

Includes 4 pre-paid sessions per month. Unused sessions do not roll over to the next month and expire at the end of the month. Cancellation must be done before the subscription automatically renews; no refunds are issued for the monthly subscription.

 

Quality Assurance

If the student is unsatisfied with the quality of the tutoring, the session will be rescheduled with a different tutor at no charge.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling is allowed directly with the tutor as long as it is done at least 12 hours prior to the start of the tutoring session.

 

Payment Methods

We accept most major credit cards.

 

Additional Fees

There are no additional non-refundable fees or administrative costs.
